A bonded, encapsulated base evenly distributes heat and an adjustable pressure setting gives you full control over your cooking. Ergonomic handles remain cool throughout the cooking process so you don't need to worry about burning your fingers when moving your cooker. Spares available include 22cm Sealing Ring (MS1003) Saftey Valve Red (MS2002) and Pressure Regulator with Hex Nut (MS2003)
