At a remote glacier drilling station on the outskirts of the arctic circle, two young researchers wake up to discover that their station base camp has been mysteriously abandoned with no sign of their team anywhere.

As the arctic weather worsens and darkness descends the base is shaken by ear-splitting screams and flashing lights. Believing these to be signs of their missing colleagues the pair head out into the darkness frantically following a trail of blood in the snow, not knowing what they will find at the other end…
