Hiya, I knew I wasn't skinny but when I saw those pictures of me on the beach I was mortified! Now after following this DVD the gut has gone. I've lost nearly 3 stone and 10 inches off my waist alone! What's brilliant is - it's based on all the latest scientific research. Sports scientist Martin MacDonald, from Loughborough University, advised me to take up Interval Training - short bursts of intense exercise followed by a rest (lovely!).
