FA Cup winners for a record-equalling 12 time.

That stunning strike from Jesse Lingard in extra time brought the famous old trophy back to Old Trafford and gave United supporters another piece of silverware to celebrate.

The Reds' dramatic success at Wembley capped a season when United went back to their roots, fielding a young team full of pace and promise. Top scorer Anthony Martial led the way, but the impact of several Academy graduates, including Lingard and teenage sensation Marcus Rashford, showed just what Manchester United is all about.

Guided by the experience of Michael Carrick, Juan Mata and Wayne Rooney, and the brilliance of David De Gea, the youngsters grew as the season progressed.

The FA Cup was their reward, but it's only just the beginning.
