Lincoln Hawk drives an eighteen-wheeler, but his mind is on his son he hasn't seen since birth. Lincoln must pick him up from the Virginian Military Academy and get to Denver where his mother - Lincoln's ex-wife - is dying. But Lincoln's father-in-law doesn't want him to get there.
