WARM-UP - Get your body ready to squat, sync and sweat! You’ll get your heart rate up and your muscles prepared to work.
Q1 – IGNITE - Turn it up and get to work. You’ll get familiar with the program base builders: squat, lunge, lift and plank, and go from standing to floor patterning. Breath will go from natural to breathy.
Q2 - FIRE UP - Intensify your effort to elevate your heart rate. The moves are foundational, but more intense; plyometrics are part of Q2. You’ll be breathy with effort throughout.
Q3 - PUSH YOUR LIMITS - Use your maximum effort to increase the burn. The moves are challenging without rest between them, requiring more stamina, stabilization and core work. You’ll be breathless throughout.
Q4 - FLOORPLAY - Hit the floor. This quadrant includes intense ab and core exercises, exercises for muscle stabilization and muscle balancing moves. You’ll breathe with some effort.
COOLDOWN - Bring down your heart rate and let your breathing return to normal as you finish your workout strong.
