What is PeptoPro®?
PeptoPro® is a pre-digested protein that is completely water soluble and contains more than 60% unique hypo-allergenic di- and tri peptides. These peptides are absorbed much faster than any in-tact protein or even single amino acids. PeptoPro® is also made from casein and has a degree of hydrolysation of 20%.

Protein contributes to the growth & maintenance of muscle mass, so to reap the benefits of this product we recommend adding ²/³ large scoop (30g) to 150-250ml of water or milk in a Myprotein shaker 30 minutes before and/or after your workout. Alternatively consume any time of day to increase your daily protein intake.
