In 1999 the World Trade Organization (WTO) held a five day conference which a lot of people did not approve of. Thousands of peaceful protestors took to the streets to show their dismay of the situation. It isn’t long until some unwanted help makes the situation turn violent and the police are called in to put a stop to the protests.

Soon a State of Emergency is declared and Mayor Jim Tobin (Ray Liotta) is forced to call in the riot police to try and defuse the situation, but it just makes matters worse.

Told from many different perspectives and with an all star cast is ‘Battle in Seattle’; a story based on true events and containing actual footage of the terrible Seattle Riots.
