In a desperate attempt to save their daughter Chole from a rare disease, Paul (Dermot Mulroney) and Diane (Diane Kruger) go to dangerous lengths to find her a lung donor. Paul and Diane find themselves involved in the middle of a criminal underworld medical ring in Mexico. As Paul races against the clock, he is forced to partake in illict operations that endanger his life as he fights for his daughter’s.
