When a friend of Chappy's is shot down and killed, Chappy uncovers a drug smuggling cartel south of the border and sets out to discover the truth behind the connection between the criminals and the nearby Air Force base. Gathering together a team of ex-Aces, and planes which have seen better days, Chappy sets off to aid the innocent and bring the guilty to justice.
