Second sequel to the 1980s martial arts action film starring Jean Claude Van-Damme. When mobsters led by a wanted international terrorist kill a retired agent, his two sons - one a policeman, the other a martial artist - come together after years of estrangement to avenge his death. The subsequent confrontation leads to all manner of martial arts mayhem as the brother's work alongside each other to bring the killers to justice.
