Detective-Lieutenant Mike Harrigan and his police force are locked in open warfare against a gang of drug lords on Los Angeles' urban jungle. But suddenly, one by one, the gang are killed by a mysterious and terrifying adversary with seemingly supernatural power. As Harrigan sets out to bring this unknown murderer to justice, though, he realises that he and his squad are no longer the pursuers: They have become its next big game!
