Devised and produced by Gerard Glaister, the award-winning BBC series SECRET ARMY is a gripping and authentic portrayal of the lives of a group of Belgian resistance members and their German oppressors during the Second World War.

This third and final series of thirteen episodes follows the fortunes of the brave men and women who make up the Brussels-based Lifeline evasion network during the last days of the war. They include: Albert Foiret owner of the Candide whose past is about to catch up with him; his partner Monique Duchamps who is keen to prove that she can cope without him; beautiful Natalie Chantrens who has helped hundreds of evaders down the line; and farmer Alain Muny who maintains crucial communications with London. Returning to help them is SOE agent Major Bradley. Lifeline's oppressors include Brandt's successor - the maverick former pilot, Major Reinhardy, and the infamous Sturmbannfuhrer Kessler who is still in a relationship with the Belgian-born Madeleine Duclos.
