69,49 €

Alan Bleasdale is one of the most successful and influential writers working in British television, best known for his powerful but darkly comic realist drama miniseries. Scully, On The Ledge, The Muscle Market, Having A Ball, No Surrender, the Monacled Mutineer, Melissa, Jake's Progress, G.B.H. and the recent hugely successful adaptation of Dicken's Oliver Twist.
GBH:
BAFTA award-winning GBH is an epic, darkly humorous story of power, corruption and madness played out in the conflict between the enigmatic politician, Michael Murray and his nemesis, schoolteacher Jim Nelson. Nelson accidentally defies a Murray-inspired 24-hour strike and while Murray seeks revenge we slowly discover secrets in his past that will cause his carefully constructed world to unravel.
MELISSA: Award winning war correspondent Guy Foster, distraught after the loss of his first wife, joins a cruise to Cape Town, where he meets beautiful and mysterious Melissa. Guy falls desperately in love with the exotic Melissa and she seduces him very happily into marriage. But while they celebrate, dark events begin to take place.
JAKE'S PROGRESS: Parenthood is not what Jamie and Julie Diadoni expected and son Jake is born at a time of domestic tension. Jamie loses his job and Julie becomes the full time breadwinner, while he takes on the role of house husband. Jake grows up loving his father but resenting his often absent mother.
