But she has eyes for Kevin, leading to the sexiest chess game ever, and a whole lot of trouble for Kevin including Dynasty’s hot-headed mother and a TV-show that fi nds him face to face with an unwelcome past. Grantly Budgen has fallen into a coma, and his wife Maggie is putting all her hope in Tom Clarkson; soft-spoken Audrey fi nds herself engaged to a Malawian immigrant; one new teacher has a hidden agenda; another brings a sharp tongue to teaching mandarin. As the term draws to a close, so will many of the problems facing the school, its teachers and pupils. But the completely unexpected is always just around the corner at Waterloo Road.
