Simply spray a small amount of oil onto your food and cook it in the fryer, the food will still have all the great flavour of fried food but without the guilt. It combines halogen, convection and infrared heat to cook crisp and delicious food.
This versatile fryer can even be used as a standard halogen oven as it can bake, roast, grill and steam. The 12 litre capacity can be expanded to 17 litres with the extender ring, which is great for cooking larger meals for families or dinner parties.
Energy efficient, the Salter Oil-Less Fryer can cook up to three times faster than in a traditional oven. When you have finished cooking your food, the bowl can be removed for easy cleaning. - A.D.
